2nd Warning (1986-1995)[]
Warning: On the same background as the Video Collection logo of the time, we see a white box containing a red bar with a white "WARNING" at the top and red warning text below it.

3rd Warning (1995-September 12, 2005)[]
Tracking Control Screen: On the same black background with a grey wire frame globe and grey mist from the VCI logo but mirrored and presented at a different angle is the VCI logo on the top left of the screen with this white tracking control text:

- On DVDs, the VCI logo appears in place of the faded VHS tape and the warning text which is in a bold Futura font is altered to read:
