Trivial Pursuit: The Coronation Street Master Game was a VHS Quiz question game where the players conpete with each other to answer a series of questions that are based around the British television soap opera Coronation Street, which was created by Granada Television and shown on ITV since 9 December 1960. The game can be played by any number of people with players watching Coronation Street clips on the VHS tape and then pausing to answer questions about the clips from the Questions and Answers booklet that was included.

Gameplay[]

By using the VHS cassette, play the clips one at a time (each clip is identified by a number before it commences) and attempt to answer one of siz questions from the categories listed below. The winner or winning team is the one with the highest score. Each category has been given a points value according to the difficulty of the question.

The categories:

  1. Name: Name the actor/ character featured (2 points).
  2. Year: Name the year this clip was orginally transmited (2 points)
  3. Stop: Name the actor/character/year/plot (2 points)
  4. Plot: Name the plot point (2 points)
  5. Wild: General trivia question (2 points)
  6. Watch: Observation (3 points)
