Trivia[]
- This was the last Thomas videocassette to feature the 1996-1998 VCI Children's Promo.
- This release seems not to be documented anywhere online. It may be a limited promotional item or a recalled item that did not have many units sent to shops.
- The release number on the spine (1507) indicates it was released in 1998 between Spooks & Surprises (1505) and Happy Holidays (1512).
- The code on the spine is "1507B" so it is logical that it originally went with "1507A". The first case contained the VHS tape and the second contained the art supplies.
- On the back of the case, "Amazing Adventures" is written in the description. It is very likely that this was the name of tape A as both words have had their first letter capitalised as titles usually do. Further evidence leading to this is that no other releases have had this title.
- It is possible that this release was cancelled due to the release of the similarly titled Surprise Adventures audiobook that came out the same year.
- It is likely that when this release was cancelled the episode list was reworked for a later release. The replacement release would have had more or less than 16 episodes as no release has ever had this number of episodes.
