- Toby and the Stout Gentleman - The Fat Controller goes on holiday and a newcomer, Toby the Tram Engine, arrives in the yard.
- Thomas in Trouble - Thomas is stopped by a policeman and Toby the Tram Engine comes to the rescue.
- Toby's Tightrope - Mavis' high spirits put Toby in terrible danger. She is sorry for her actions and decides she will always ask experienced engines for advice in future.
- Toby and the Flood - Toby gets trapped inspecting the dam above the village which is in danger of flooding. Harold comes to Toby's rescue just in time as he floats down the river.
- Toby's Discovery - Toby, The Fat Controller and his grandchildren make an exciting discovery at a remote part of the Island. Toby meets an 'Old Warrior' and they soon become firm friends.
