Lizzie and Joggy Bear is a UK VHS release by The Video Collection on 25th February 1991, 13th July 1992 and 22nd November 1993, and then it got re-released by VCI and Kid's Club on 7th April 1997.

Description[]

Children today are more likely to be unfit than ever before, but JOGGY BEAR is here to help. Introduced by Lizzie Webb, Joggy is the ideal way to get children into the fitness habit with his enthusiasm for life and his daily antics.

Children will love joining in with the activities, games and songs such as Big and small, Anything you can do, Right and left and they can learn how to do The Joggy Bear Walk! Meanwhile, the games will all encourage them to exercise regularly, both with friends and alone, and they will love it.

Not only will children have hours of fun with this tape, but they will want to do it again and again.
